Returns & Cancellation Policy
At Sound As A Hound Ltd, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have changed your mind about an item purchased through our website, you have the right to cancel your order and return eligible goods in accordance with UK consumer legislation.
Your 14-Day Cancellation Right
If you have purchased goods from us online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without having to give a reason.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.
Condition of Returned Goods
Goods should be returned in their original condition, unused and, where applicable, with their original packaging and labels.
You are entitled to handle the goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality. However, if goods have been handled beyond what would be permitted in a shop and their value has consequently been diminished, we may make an appropriate deduction from your refund.
For hygiene, safety and animal welfare reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened, used or unsealed. This may include food, treats, supplements and other products where the seal has been broken.
This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
Returning Your Goods
Unless the goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, the direct cost of returning goods following a change-of-mind cancellation is normally the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked or insured delivery service when returning goods, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged while being returned to us.

Refunds
Once we receive the returned goods, we will process your refund as soon as reasonably possible.
Where a cancellation is made under your statutory 14-day cancellation right, we will refund the payment received from you, including the cost of standard delivery where applicable. If you selected a more expensive delivery option than our standard delivery service, we are only required to refund the equivalent standard delivery charge.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise with you.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever happens first.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If your goods arrive damaged, faulty or are not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work with you to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
